The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk of the city, and each and every provision therein set forth, with the exception of those amendments hereinafter appearing, is referred to and made a part hereof for all purposes as if fully set forth herein.
