Housing Planning Manager Anastacia Wyatt and Colleagues

The Community Development Department wishes to extend a fond farewell and thank you to Anastacia Wyatt, Housing Planning Manager, who accepted a position with the Monterey County Administrative Office. A farewell luncheon was held to thank Anastacia for all she has contributed to the Housing Division and community. Anastacia’s dedication and passion to provide services to the low-income residents of the City, implement affordable housing opportunities such as the Haciendas Hikari Complex and Dai-Ichi Village, Vista de la Terraza, and Mid Peninsula’s Moon Gate Plaza. She has also worked tirelessly advocating for the homeless community and worked with the County to establish a location for a future permanent Homeless Shelter. In addition, she was responsible for leading the effort to update the Chinatown Revitalization Plan which is scheduled to be completed in 2019. Anastacia also initiated an annual Chinatown Block Party, bringing services and hope to the homeless in Chinatown and surrounding community. Anastacia will be missed and we wish her the very best in her new endeavors.
