Upward Bound Homeless Shelter in Los Angeles- an example of a best practice homeless shelter.

Our local homeless Continuum of Care has been afforded a rare opportunity to greatly strengthen the homeless support system through a State of California grant known as the Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP).  Eligible project activities are intentionally broad to encourage the local community to determine its own unique priorities.

Please attend one of four public meetings to discuss and provide valuable input to develop solutions and priorities.
