On February 11, 2019, applications for the 2019 Fireworks Stand lottery will be available at the Salinas City Fire Department Administrative Office and the City’s Permit Center, both located at 65 West Alisal Street, Salinas, CA 93901.
Applications must be completed and received by no later than 4:00 PM on Friday March 1, 2019. There will be 18 Fireworks Stands allowed. For a complete list of rules and regulations, please see press release. 

Applications will be reviewed for qualifications from March 5th through March 9th, 2018. An announcement of qualified applicants will be made on Monday March 12th and the lottery draw will be held on Monday March 19th. Qualified applicants will be notified by mail of the time and location of the lottery draw.

A non-refundable application fee of $206.33 must accompany each application.
