The Salinas Police Department is transitioning to a new vendor, PM AM Corporation, to provide alarm program administration and collection services; this includes issuing and renewing permits, false alarm tracking, and all associated billing services.  We encountered a delay in the transfer of permit-related data, further impacted by the Shelter-in-Place orders, but we expect PM AM Corporation to fully assume all permit-related services as of July 6, 2020.  As soon as PM AM Corporation has activated the website we will update this page to provide a link.

Please be aware that permit renewals and false alarm charges after March 1, 2020 may not be loaded into the website until July 31, 2020.   

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this transition.   We want to reassure residents that all permits remain active during this transition, and there will be no late fees imposed due to this delay.
