Salinas PD Awarded HSI Partnership Award

Homeland Security Investigations, San Francisco awarded the Salinas Police Department the 2019 Partnership of the Year award on July 31, 2019

Resident Agent in Charge Ryan Spradlin presented the award during the ceremony attended by agents, law enforcement partners and attorneys from the US Attorney’s Office.

The beautiful plaque presented to Salinas PD Chief Adele Fresé is inscribed as follows:

In recognition of Chief Fresé and the men and women of Salinas Police Department for their unapologetic willingness to partner with HSI, San Francisco in our joint public safety efforts. Thank you for your leadership and unwavering commitment to public safety.

Just as she blazed a trail as the first female Police Chief in Salinas, Chief Fresé was the first Chief in Monterey County and the surrounding areas to publicly support partnering with Homeland Security Investigations. Thank you for your leadership and unwavering commitment to public safety.

Congratulations Salinas PD on your successful collaboration with federal law enforcement in the pursuit of safety and justice.
