These 4 and 5 year old boys and girls give 100% when they are out there on the basketball court, and it's pretty impressive to watch!

The first week of the Pee Wee Basketball League finished this past Saturday, February 3. The League is geared toward teaching fundamentals and sportsmanship for boys and girls in Pre-Kindergarten through 4th grade.  There are 80 teams with over 800 players registered this season, and play will continue through the week of March 10th at the Salinas Recreation Center and Los Padres School Multipurpose Room. The Pee Week Basketball League is just one of several popular sports leagues offered by the Recreation & Community Services Division of the LCS Department.
