The Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official or Fire Chief (Code Officials) relative to the application and interpretation of the Building or Fire codes.  The Accessibility Board of Appeals, hears and decides decisions relative to the disabled access code and ratifies alternate means and methods with regards to disabled access regulations. 

The City is currently accepting applications to staff both Boards.
