Public Hearing ID#22-187; Conditional Use Permit 2021-012; Request to establish and operate Commercial Recreation (Bingo Parlor) and Warehousing, Wholesale Distribution within an existing 17,470 square foot building with Alternative Means of Compliance for parking lot landscaping and an exception to the recycling and solid waste disposal regulations on a 1.71 acre-site located at 333 North Main Street in the MAF-FG-2 (Mixed Arterial Frontage – North Main Street/Soledad Street Focused Growth Overlay) Zoning District, has been continued to the next regular meeting of the Salinas Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber Rotunda, 200 Lincoln Avenue, Salinas, CA  93901.
