Biography     

Councilmember Sandoval was born and and raised in Salinas and along with his wife Ruthie, are raising their 4 children. Councilmember Sandoval has been an owner and operator of various businesses for over 15 years. Councilmember Sandoval attends Echoes from Calvary Church and enjoys serving his community through volunteer work. He has served as coach for local sports and recreation organizations on his free time.
