Parks

Chavez-Park.png Parks and open space represent the basic foundation of a healthy park and recreation system, providing opportunities for residents of all ages to meet, play, grow and thrive. Salinas’ parks provide residents with a diverse array of active and passive recreational amenities and options. Parks are a place to come together with family and friends, to exercise and play, to learn and explore, and to engage with the City’s landscape, history and culture.

Salinas provides and maintains a growing system of parks that supports a range of active and passive experiences. The following link will provide access to an interactive map listing City parks and open space areas within the City of Salinas. City of Salinas Parks
