Anthony Rocha

Councilmember, District 6

Councilmember Rocha was born and raised in Salinas, is a proud graduate of our local public schools, and has served the community in various capacities. Councilmember Rocha holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Hartnell College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
