Carla Viviana González

Councilmember, District 1

Councilmember Carla Gonzalez was elected on November 2020 for a four-year term. She is an educator at Alisal High School. She attended UC Santa Cruz and obtained her Master of Arts in Education. She was a founding member of the Salinas Valley Ethnic Study Program and the Monterey County Black and Brown Solidarity Coalition. Councilmember Gonzalez enjoys reading books and going on hikes.
