Library and Community Services The Library and Community Services Department provides a wealth of resources and opportunities to enrich the lives of those who live, work, play, and learn in our community. The Department consists of three Divisions: Recreation & Park Services, Community Outreach & Engagement and Library Services.
Public Works The Public Works Department consists of Engineering, Traffic and Transportation, Development Engineering, Water, Waste, and Energy, Maintenance Services, NPDES, Geographical Information System, and the Salinas Municipal Airport.
